[Plugin: Tweetable] Set up problem

I am not the developer yet to link to twitter I have to register as such. I filled out the initial screen as instructed but then taken to another screen with essentially the same info. This is not how a plugin setup should work. The plugin developer is the developer not the wp user of the plugin. Why don’t you get a dev ID and that is registered with the plugin. Maybe Twitter changed their api. It is beta after all. Anyway I don’t know how to get this working. Too many undocumented steps.
