When I looked on the DB it becomes obvious:

    + Options
    post_title post_content ping_status post_type post_date_gmt ID

    EMPTY EMPTY open nav_menu_item 2012-08-13 07:45:34 3770
    EMPTY EMPTY open nav_menu_item 2012-08-13 04:57:12 3749

The bug fix more than easy:
    Exclude Post_type = ‘nav_menu_item’ from tweeting !
To be sure even the ones with an empty title or an empty content

I am having this same problem and am not sure exactly where to change this. Could you please tell me where to make this change? Is it the Debug PHP or the database?
I do not want pages tweeted and those are menu items. I appreciate any help with resolving this.

Hi mstess, the programmers for our site have solved the issue and will soon develop a new version.

Unfortunately we had to pay for this service. The costs should be recovered by 15 USD per future plugin users. If you are interested, let me know.
