The callback URL must be the URL of your blog.

Example:

Application Name: My blog
Application Website: https://www.myblog.com
Callback URL: https://www.myblog.com
Default Access type: Read & Write

You can get your API Key at https://dev.twitter.com/anywhere/apps/new
