[Plugin: Twitter Feeder] Invalid nested tags

The plugin produces the following structure:
<div class="twitter_wp_inside"> <ul id="twitter_wp_tweetlist"> </div> </ul>The final two lines should be switched. As it stands, the page will not validate.
