[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Authentication Failing

  • I have been using twitter tools for ages. But now there seems to be some sort of authentication issue.

    Has anyone come across this and aware of a fix? I can’t seem to trace the issue.

  • Yes, I get an error as well. I registered my app on Twitter and provided all the correct data but when I press ‘submit’, I get a white screen with this error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘OAuthSignatureMethod_HMAC_SHA1’ not found in /twitter-tools/twitteroauth.php on line 62

    Any fix for this?

    So I contacted my host regard this issue, and have no idea what they changed, but it got it working!
