[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Tweet Post Title?

Is there any way to change the post title of the tweet that is posted to say “New tweet from _______” instead of displaying half of the actual tweet message?

Also, is there any way to modify the entire tweet to look more like a quote so that it differentiates from the blog itself? I guess this would be a CSS matter but I’m not sure how I could change the style of the tweet posts to look different from regular posts.
