[Plugin: Types – Custom Fields and Custom Post Types Management] Dynamic DropDown in custom field

Hi. Is it possible to dynamically add options to a “select” custom field type, meaning add options from the database?

(I tried manually unserializing the data from the wp_options table, editing it and then reserializing it, but that produced an error…)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
