[Plugin: TYPO3 Importer] How to identify the right URL

If TYPO3 is reached at https://example.com/typo3, then the correct website URL is https://example.com.

Now, if the plugin reports that the website URL doesn’t exist, it’s possible that your server or web host doesn’t allow outbound connections using PHP.

I’m working on updating the TYPO3 Importer to detect this scenario.
