  • If the user clicks to confirm usage of cookies, the plug-in sets its own cookie. So when the user returns, the notification won’t reappear.

    With a caching module on, the bar appears everytime you visit the homepage. For now the only solution is to deactivate the caching module

    I need to do some further investigation with the caching plug-ins.

    I have the same issue as above. I’m using W3 Total Cache.

    I had to disable UK Cookie Consent because we need the caching due to server loads.

    Any ideas or are you investigating.

    Nice plugin btw!

    Hi – I need to look into it.

    @catapult
    I can confirm this behavior with W3TC – didn’t happen with Quick Cache and I haven’t tried it with Super Cache

    Same issue here. Just moved my site to WP-Engine who use their own flavour of W3TC and now the cookie message constantly appears.

    This is a real shame as this is my favourite plugin for cookie consent.

    Great plugin, but same cache issue for me – I would support a solution that works with cache, too.

    Happy to donate for your time towards further development as I’m planning to use this on a commercial website: could you let us know whether you have the time to work on this?

    Hi Sistak

    Could you contact us via catapultdesign.co.uk/contact

    Thanks.
