    I just released 1.3 which now allows you to change the permalink to the policy page.

    I have 1.3 installed, but if I make a change to the title of the page that the cookie Policy is saved in (for example, to “How We Use Cookies”), then whenever I go back into the settings admin panel, a new cookie policy page is created!
