[Plugin: UK Cookie Consent] Work with W3 Total Cache

Have installed this at https://www.sociagility.com, but having trouble testing that it is working correctly. If I dismiss the message, but then clear the cookies for the site from my browser, the message doesn’t reappear. I wonder if this is a caching problem (I’m using W3 Total Cache).
Any ideas?
