[Plugin: uk-tides] Cannot get this to work

I have the oik shortcodes plugin installed and activated and that works fine; but the uktides plugin doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried
[bw_tides] and
[bw_tides tideurl=”https://www.tidetimes.org.uk/courtmacsherry.rss”%5DI don’t get any output from either. Very disappointing.
