[Plugin: Ultimate Taxonomy Manager] Permalinks don't work?

Hey, I’m using this plugin, which I think is great, but I can’t get the taxonomy permalinks to work. Whenever I have rewrite option set to true, i get a 404 error page trying to view a term page. If i set it off, everything works fine. I have tried visiting and updating my permalink options page in WordPress settings as well, but it doesn’t work.
I’m also using Ultimate Post Types plugin and the permalinks for custom post types work great.
