[Plugin: Ultimate TinyMCE] Blank page after updating options

    I went into the settings and checked options in the three “Update Options” button on the “Buttons Group 1”, “Buttons Group 2” and “Miscellaneous Features” groups. I then clicked the “update options” of the Miscellaneous features, and as a result, got a complete blank page and unavailable website. I can’t even log back to my site at the moment. It seems like that action corrupted the whole WP install.

    I would need help as soon as possible to get my site back online.

    I’m not entirely sure what you did… but you can delete the Ultimate Tinymce plugin by using FTP or your hosts CPanel.

    Navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete the folder ‘ultimate-tinymce’.

    Now, you can log back into your admin panel and your site should be fine.

    I’ve deleted the plugin and my site is back. I will reinstall fresh and it should be fine.
