[Plugin: underConstruction] "Coming soon" message still showing

  • Hi, please ensure that your cache is cleared. Plugins like W3-Total Cache will cause the plugin to appear not to deactivate

    If all else fails, delete the plugin files, but it’s pretty much always a caching issue.

    Hello. I don’t have any cache plugins and I have already cleared all my caches multiple times. What else can I do?
