Plugin uninstall doesn’t remove index in wp_commentmeta

    I’ve been playing around with the plugin on a dev site and noticed that Disqus creates an index called disqus_dupecheck on the wp_commentmeta table. After uninstalling the plugin, said index wasn’t removed.

    According to the changelog, the plugin should automatically remove it when uninstalled (see notes on versions 2.70 and 2.73) but this doesn’t happen as of version 3.016 (latest official version at the time of writing).
