    Hello,

    I was very happy with the plugin and I discovered a few days ago that it had been uninstalled.
    I am the only admin and I am sure I did not do it.

    Since then, if I try to install it again, I get the error :
    Installation failed: Destination folder already exists. /home/****/domains/bambamboo.fr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/

    I’m also afraid I’ve lost all the settings I had put in that were very useful.
    I thank you in advance for your help.

    Sincerely
    Nicolas

    Hi @nicogrinan

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please delete “woocommerce-jetpack” folder using FTP/SFTP and try to reinstall.

    This could be a memory issue too. So, when try to reinstall, please increase memory by adding the below code to the wp-config.php file.
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’ );

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your reply.
    But before deleting the directory, is there a solution (or a file in the woocommerce-jetpack directory, that I could save) to find the options I had activated? I’m not sure if I can put them back correctly.

    Best regards
    Nicolas
