[Plugin: Universal Post Manager] Email Manager Doesn't Work

I’ve just updated to 1.08b, and now the email doesn’t work.

I’ve manually inserted where I want the “email to” button to display, however, whenever I click it, there’s no javascript happening and the modal box never shows up.

Any ideas?
