Plugin unstable

I’m trying to use your plugin so I implanted this shortcode on my client’s website

But another the stats are vastly incorrects, there’s a lot missing. For exemple a colleague of mine clicked on the video many times – logged in as a user – but her name “Suzanna” doesn’t show-up.

Sometimes I works and sometimes it won’t.

Have you ever had a problem like this one ?
