Hi Kelly,
Thanks for reaching out. Any bugs or issues that pop up are being fixed, and the plugin continues to be supported, but no new features are actively being developed.
This is a very interesting time in the WordPress/Genesis world. With WP Engine having purchased Genesis, it is a bit unclear as to the direction they will be taking with the platform. Also the new block editor, and full-site editing that is coming later this year, has a lot of exciting applications. If full-site editing takes off, it will be able to do what Blox can do, and more.
Therefore, I have shifted gears to the development of some custom block-related tools that will be coming out in a few weeks. But rest assured, that Blox will continue to be supported as there are thousands of websites currently relying on it. Blox filled a valuable role because WordPress didn’t natively support what it was doing, but it appears that it might relatively soon!
Best,
Nick
