Plugin Update Breaks my site

I am currently running version 2.2.0.3 of WP-Property. I use the Avalon Theme, Version: 1.0.2. And WordPress Version 5.2.3. During the last couple of maintenance updates when I update Wp-Property, it crashes my entire site and gives me a message that the site is “having technical problems” and I have had to restore from the host. I have never received any notice of an update for Avalon, but chose it because it was recommended for use with your plugin. I have not tried to update WordPress at this time because your plugin is only compatible through WP 5.2.3.

This is tragic, and I hope someone from WP Property answers you. I have a client that has been heavily dependent on this plugin for years, and since they changed the product to “free” from the paid version, I’ve been afraid something like this might happen to them. I’ve been looking for alternatives… Any ideas or shared experience would be appreciated…
