    Hi,

After reading a few other support tickets I am fairly confident that my issue is related to the version of PHP. I am currently using WP 5.5.5 and PHP 5.6.40…yes I know that I need to update both of these and I am in the process of doing so. However, the vast majority of plugins include a warning on the update page when a new version of PHP is required or if the version I am currently using is not supported.

I updated to the latest version of the plugin and it crashed my site. I’m not sure what version I had installed before the update but my last backup which was last December was version 4.3 and swapping that version resolved the issue.

My question is at what version of your plugin did the new PHP requirement occur? I ask as I would like to upgrade to that version until I have an opportunity to update WP & PHP.

    Thanks,
    Pat

    Hi @wlpdrpat,

    Apologize for extreme late reply.

    Is your issue fixed?

Due o security reasons as wordpress is getting updated and they recommend to also use latest PHP version we do have updated our library.

The plugin version 4.3 is quite old and yes the latest version have major library updates and it will required you to use latest WP version. However it will run with PHP version 5.6.

But we are again further updating our library and that will require you to use latest WP and PHP version. However we will do add a notification for users.

So would recommend you to update WP and PHP version to avoid malwares and security issues.

    Thanks
    Abdullah
