Plugin update cause parse error

    Hello,
    When i update to the latest version, causes critical error on my website. like below:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/www/duacollege.in/wp-content/plugins/easy-image-gallery/includes/admin-page.php on line 19

Notice: Function is_embed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false.     We have tested the plugin internally but we are not able to reproduce the error you mentioned.

    We tested the plugin with PHP7.4 and PHP8.1.5 versions as well as WordPress version 6.0.3 works fine.

    What we would advise is to reinstall the plugin with the latest version 1.5
    This way you will save the current galleries that you are currently using.

    thank you for your reply,
    my website is running in php 7.1, cant upgrade to more, causes some error with other plugins like slider revolution. so that may be the reason that this plugin cant update. i am trying to upgrade the php version and will get back to yuou if problem exists with your plugin.

    We’re sharing a little more information from our internal tests.

    The issue you are experiencing is that you have a lower version than PHP 7.3.33. I see you mention version 7.1, and that’s why you’re getting this error.

    It would be best for you to upgrade your PHP version if your hosting allows it, and you won’t have this issue during the upgrade.
