Plugin Update Failed… “Download Failed: Unauthorized”

    Hello!

    I am trying to update this plugin for a client, however, every time I begin the update process I get an error saying that the download was unauthorized and I am unable to update. I don’t know how or when this plugin was installed but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Current version: 1.3.0.2
    Update: 1.6.3

    Hi onlysky,

    Sounds like you’re using ShiftNav Pro, and your client’s license is expired. The license would need to be renewed to receive updates.
