Plugin update failed with Wordfence
-
Hi,
Been constantly having issues updating my plugins for the past year or so and only just noticed the problem goes away when I deactivate the Wordfence plugin.
I’m using cloudfare and wp-rocket and every time I try to update any plugin I was getting a cloudfare error such as this one:
Update Failed: <!DOCTYPE html> <!–[if lt IE 7]> <![endif]–> <!–[if IE 7]> <![endif]–> <!–[if IE 8]> <![endif]–> <!–[if gt IE 8]><!–> <!–<![endif]–> https://www.kitebud.com.au | 504: Gateway time-out <!–[if lt IE 9]><![endif]–> body{margin:0;padding:0} Error 504 Ray ID: 57d5e8369a0e84c4 ? 2020-04-01 22:57:36 UTC Gateway time-out <!– /.error-overview –> You Browser Working Hong Kong Cloudflare Working https://www.kitebud.com.au Host Error <!– /.status-display –> What happened? Can anyone tell me which setting I could change in my Wordfence settings to avoid getting failed plugin updates without having to deactivate the Wordfrence plugin ?
thanks
