Plugin update – Import Export Users

Getting this error when trying to update this plugin:

Update failed: The update cannot be installed because some files could not be copied. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

Not having this issue with any other plugin update. Can you point me in the right direction of which files might not have incorrect permission settings? Is there a blanket file permissions i can apply, update the plugin and then change back? If so, which files are read/written to?
