    We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. I have checked this on my end using the BetterDocs plugin version 2.3.4 … however, I didn’t find such an issue. I tried to check the issue from the screenshot that you shared but the URL is not showing any content as it doesn’t exist. Will you please provide the screenshot or the screencast of the issue once again so that I can check and assist you?

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Will you please tell me which PHP version are you using on your end? Actually, it is recommended to use a minimum PHP version of 7.4 to use the plugin hassle-free.

    We have tested this with the latest version 2.3.4 but didn’t find such an issue. Will you please tell me which version of the BetterDocs plugin are you using on your end?

    I am using 2.3.3 then after I update the plugin and crash my my website.

    Thanks for letting us know. Will you please provide us with the site health and list of plugins/theme that you are using? You will get the site health information from the WP Admin Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info.
