Enable “Reset yearly” option and check if you see all invoices again.

Okay, I enabled “Reset yearly” and clicked Save. Opened WooCommerce > Orders page again and there was no change (invoices still missing).

Can you confirm that all invoices exist in /uploads/bewpi-invoices/ folder?
Are you able to debug some within code? Are you a coder?
Enable debugging in WordPress and try to create a pdf invoice. Do you get any errors?

Same Issue here. All already created invoices are gone from the backend but exist in /uploads/bewpi-invoices/ folder.
Yearly reset is activate.
I can create new invoice with the correct sequential next number

Wp 4.7.2 – woocommerce Version 2.6.13

Okay, I confirmed that all previous invoices exist in the uploads folder on the server.

I am not a coder and do not know how to debug.

I wonder if the issue is the folders/directories where the PDFs are saved? I generated two new invoices after updating the plugin and they were saved outside of the 2016 and 2017 year folders. Perhaps old invoices aren’t being mapped to the correct folder? See screenshot below:

I think that the updating process didn’t go as expected.
You could try to install a previous version and update plugin once again.

Before you update, make sure to allocated at least 256MB (better 512MB just for update). Also make sure debugging is enabled to gather errors, so I can advice if necessary.

When updated again and still not seeing pdf invoices, try switching “Reset yearly” option.

I’m currently backing up the site with VaultPress before I try any of these recommendations.

This might be helpful information:

I received a check to pay an older invoice in the mail today, so I marked the order as “Complete” under WooCommerce > Orders. After I marked the order Complete, the PDF icon now appears in the Orders table, and I can view the old invoice. The invoice PDF now has a ‘PAID’ watermark on it.

When you mark the order as Completed and save, the plugin will generate a new invoice if you have selected the Completed email type within settings to attach invoice to.

Did my previous post resolved your issues?

I did not try installing a previous version of the plugin because several orders came in after I updated to the new plugin and I did not want to risk the chance of them messing those orders up. Because all of the old pdf invoices are still available on the server, I’m okay with leaving it the way it is. The issue isn’t resolved, but you can close out this support ticket if you need to.
