Plugin Update Took Website Down

    I updated the plugin to the latest version and it took my website down. I could only see a white screen. I am using a theme from Organized Themes. Is this a plugin issue? Is it a conflict with the theme and plugin? Or a conflict with the plugin and latest version of WordPress?

    Should I use another plugin?

    @jeeoc – So your issue does not get lost, please submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … preferably referencing your own topic but this one is fine as well) so we can get a look at this more closely.

    We will want log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report.
