Plugin update with new dwv version

Radiopaedia viewer allows you to change series (or sequences) of images by clicking on the thumbnails. The idea would be for dwv to automatically separate the series into separate groups of images, and display the thumbnails for them to be accessed.

In the meantime, v0.7.0 is out including an updated dwv. All comment are welcome!
