  • No, there is not. Nothing in this plugin could prevent you from executing the WordPress plugin update function, but if you suspect the culprit of this issue is in the code that powers this plugin then just deactivate it while you run the updates. Alternatively you could use the “Reset Plugins” panel located in the “Post Hack” page, it will allow you to replace the selected extensions with the latest code available in the WordPress repositories.

    Please mark this as resolved. I was abled to update another plugin, the one that would not update still won’t. I have asked for support from that plugin’s author. thanks
