Plugin updates shows -1

    Since this week I cant seem to update any plugins on any of my servers. If I update a plugin all I see is “-1”, instead of the update page showing the progress of the updates. If I try to install any plugin it just says that the Update Failed. I cant load a plugin manually either. I haven’t contacted my server support yet and I cant seem to find answers on the internet either so I just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this?

    Yes, we are having the same issue.

    Currently trying to figure it out, I know for a fact that it’s happening across webhosts as we are having this issue on multiple cpanel accounts.

    Ok so it seems it’s not a localized issue. Now the question is: how do we report this or get it fixed?

    Problem is with starter template. After deactivation all problem solved.

    This issue is definitely caused by the Astra Starter Templates plugin. To fix it I had to deactivate the old plugin, upload the latest version of the plugin to override the old one as the old one did not allow you to update any plugins. A Tedious task for sure but everything is working after I did the above. Thanks for the comments and assistance!
