[Plugin: user files] Way to sort files by name as displayed on widget? (or display/sort by category?

    Hi, Love the plugin! Several Widget related questions to display of files on front end:

    Is there are way to get the widget to display the files in file name order? I didn’t see any options on the widget itself, but I’d be willing to tweak code if you point me exactly where/what.
    Another thing we’d love to be able to do with the widget is show the files grouped (or at least sorted) by the category they are in, and display the cat name.

    Are either of these things possible, or if not, could you consider for a later release? Thanks!

    You can edit the widget in widgets.php which resides in the userfiles folder. User Files users the userfile_category table to hold the categories. Since the plugin allows for FTP upload each file needs to checked against the database to see if it is assigned to a category if you call the default category.     These features are planned for a future release. The User Files plugin is in the process of a make-over. I am releasing small bug fixes to keep this one going until I have completed the big update. There is no release date set yet but it will include listing by categories in widget, page, and dashboard widget, pagination, listing by category, possibly drag-and-drop upload, multi-file upload, and more.
