[Plugin: User Photo] front end user photo upload

Hi all!
I am using Geo Places theme and this theme has different custom registration and profile edit pages like this https://www.urate.mn/?ptype=profile (edi profile page)
https://www.urate.mn/?ptype=login&page1=sign_in (this is login page). My question is how can i insert upload button into this? thanks
