[Plugin: User Photo] Image uploading, but not displaying

When I upload a photo though the edit user page, it does not display. I see a blank outline around the photo and the thumbnail. However, I can see that the image has uploaded to the uploads/userphoto folder. I even chmoded the folder to 777 to see if it was a permissions issue, but it still did not display.

Is there another setting that could be blocking the photo?
