[Plugin: User Profile] Not Working

Hello there! We have installed a plugin called “User Profile” and it’s not working. I already created an admin.php file and pasted the codes. It kinda works because I can see the default profile picture, however, The css (if i’m not mistaken) is not showing up. It’s messed up. We haven’t uninstalled the plugin yet, so you guys can check it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
