[Plugin: Usernoise modal feedback / contact form] can't see feedback button

hi,
just activated the usernoise plugin in my site (www.eventsplug.com) but don’t see anything. Everything looks ok in the settings. I use the inspire theme (https://www.woothemes.com/2010/05/inspire/) and WP 3.2.1
