Plugin uses wrong timezone

    Hi,

    This is from my RSS feed:

    <pubDate>Tue, 06 Jun 2023 22:00:00 +0000</pubDate>

    As you can see timezone of this feed is set on UTC+0.
    But plugin ignores this timezone and uses timezone from Settings > General instead. This may result into a wrong “Published” time.
