Plugin Using Deprecated Version of Media Uploader

The media uploader used in this plugin, called Thickbox, has been deprecated since WordPress version 3.5.

The media uploader is used when clicking on the ‘Upload Image’ button for each program.

I have a few plugins that require the new media uploader to function correctly. Would it be possible to add the new media uploader to the plugin?
