[Plugin: Vbulletin Latest threads] Keep getting "Vbulletin Latest Threads error: Number of titl

I have installed this plug-in, but whatever I put in the Number of Title Characters box it keeps telling me:

Vbulletin Latest Threads error: Number of title’s character must be a number

OK, I worked out what the problem is – the widget doesn’t refresh for about 30 minutes. How can I change this?
