• I recently purchased the VideoPress upgrade and am in the process of upgrading to VideoPress VIP, so the issue I am encountering and the lack of support I have received in a short time is…bothersome.

I have installed the VideoPress plugin on my www.ads-software.com site. I have an account on WordPress.com that already has some videos uploaded.

The VideoPress icon appears in my posts and custom post types, just like I needed. When you click on the icon, it should load up a window asking for my WordPress.com information. However, when the window appears, it is blank. I waited 10 minutes and nothing has appeared, so I figure something isn’t working.

I am taking advantage of the multiuser functionality of WordPress 3.0 and Buddypress, if that makes a difference.

We recently had to reset and move to a different server. It worked fine on the previous server, the only difference being that on the other site we were not using multi-user…I can’t see why that would cause issues though, as both are created by Automattic.

    Any help with this please?

I’m having this problem as well. I’m using the latest version of wordpress installed on MAMP- I used to get the login screen for WordPress.com, but once I entered my username and password I’ve only got a white screen ever since. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin with no success.

Any help would be much appreciated.
