[Plugin: View All Post's Pages] Known problem with rewrite rules

There is a known problem with rewrite rules not behaving properly when certain permalink structures are used. If you’ve activated the plugin and refreshed the permalinks, and the View All links still aren’t working, this is likely the cause. I’m working on a solution and hope to have it implemented in the near future.
