[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] Can you embed video from computer?

    Hi
    Is it possible to embed a video that I have uploaded to my c-panel rather than from a URL? If so how?
    Also does the plugin allow you to start video immediately when page is loaded, without having to press start?
    I am a newbie to all this, so please take this into consideration when responding ??

    Technically possible, but not a good idea as it will have poor compatibility support across various browsers and operating systems.

    Best to upload it to YouTube, Video, etc. or convert the video to either MP4 or FLV format and then embed that video file using Flash.
