[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] Flv now showing

I tried to add a video using FLV and I can’t seem to get it working.
There is not error message showing so I can’t say whats wrong with it.

There is just a blank white spot where the video should be in the post.

In the settings area the video plays fine.
