[Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags] Title does not change if one button is clicked after another

Wonderful plugin! I see one issue where if I click on (for example) the Google button, the dialog box looks okay, but if I then click on any other button, the text and icon in the title are those of Google, not the button I clicked. It seems the title is not getting reset between button clicks. The example text DOES get reset between button clicks.
