    My plugin uses Javascript to replace placeholder images (what you’re seeing) with the embeds. Doing it this way fixes some annoying bugs with Internet Explorer and such.

    It’s not working for you because the “facebook-walleria” plugin you’re using is loading an old version of the SWFObject script rather than using the much newer version of SWFObject that comes bundled with WordPress. My plugin requires the newer version of the script.

    I am having the same issue as well seems to be a recent change however I don’t recall what changes I’ve made to cause the problem as I am actively migrating to my current blog from a previous one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Same problem here with embedding my QT videos. I looked around and tried another QT embed plugin that just linked to the movie. The strange thing with the viper plug-in is it embeds the poster image than plays within the post for about a second, but then quickly redirects to the MOV file. I want users to stay on the post page so they can see my content around the video. Any suggestions how to get this to work (or perhaps another plugin)?

    Having the same issue described above as of a few weeks ago. It was previously working, so I imagine some kind of conflict came up. The header is loading wp_head, and I’ve tried disabling other plugins, but Youtube is still only showing a still of the video hyperlinked to the YouTube site.

    mybinding — I see yours is working again. What did you figure out?

    We are seeing the same issue since the last upgrade.

    One thing I found out that seems to work is exporting QT movies to the .m4v
    format. Seems to work when I embed in WordPress on my iphone at the least (and I would assume the ipad).
