    What version of PHP?
    Do you have PHP safe_mode enabled? if so, turn it off.

    It’s a Linux server and PHP 5.2.5, no safe_mode
    do you want the phpinfo() output?

    I cannot tell by the phpinfo what the problem might be.
    Does your wordpres have debugging enabled?

    inside wp-config.php
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    If it was already enabled you might want to disable it. That might fix the problem.
    If it is not enabled, add it temporarily for testing, it might reveal a problem.
