[Plugin: Visual Editor Font Size] Broken?

Does anyone else have this plugin working with 3.01? It seems to enlarge or adjust the size of the edit area, but not the actual font size. I’ve installed the latest version, and checked for conflicts with other plugins; nothing seems to work. I’ve also marked the plugin as broken at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/visual-editor-font-size/, and attempted to contact the author.
