it hasn’t been resolved yet, I’m very sorry about that, becouse it is a very good plugin but I can’t use it with this error…

Then which plugin you replace? I’m using this plugin for a survey form and is very good, just the problem of answer can’t record. Do Matthew update you anything?

I use the latest version (1.9.2) of the visual form builder.

How can you use it with this error? Have you got any tipp?
Do you minimize the text in the name field fewer than 60 px?
Or did you modifie anything in the funkcion of plugin?
Can you show me the website, where you use this survey?

I can’t minimize of the length of the text in the name filed, becouse it’s about a language test, and there are an several long question… and wich is longer than 60 character, the e-mail form don’t give the answer of this question…

It would be help for me, if there were the ‘description’ texts in the e-mail… but I don’t know how can I add to it.

The latest version is 2.2. You should upgrade and get a bunch of great features and bug fixes.

There is no limit on how long the field name can be. It may be that the HTML table is cutting off really long names from displaying. I’ll test this and see, but the tables should be expanding to the height of whatever is in the cells.

I updated to 2.2 and since that my old survey form doesn’t function!
Before the last cca 20 question came the verification field, and this questions bacame not editable! I can’t make new question, too.

I created an absolutely new survey form, and more than cca 95 fields aren’t allowed, too!

It seems that the new version 2.2 allow fewer field than the 1.9.2, isn’t it?

Unfortunately the e-mail displaying problem aren’t resolved.

This is the problem, I not sure which plugin is suitable for survey form :(.

I’m using version2.2 as well but I run a test and if the character less than 10, the answer is received in the mail and if more than that, won’t appear….:(
